O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent herein to seize the petitioner's stolen article mentioned in First Information Page No.1 of 3

Report in Cr.No.22 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petty shop was removed and the articles are also stolen.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the iron shop which is said to have been removed would have been converted to some other form. Therefore, the articles could not be seized. 4.In such view of the matter, there cannot be any specific direction to the respondent police to seize stolen items and there may be a situation where the stolen or removed articles would have been converted to some other form or in the form of ordinary rupees. However, this Court directs the respondent police to file a final report expeditiously against the accused as per law.

4. With the above observation, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. No costs.
