ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to pass orders on the Appeal Petition submitted by the Petitioner dated 07.04.2023 for quashing the order of penalty of censure imposed in the proceedings No.16865/A2/2022 dated 07.03.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 07.04.2023 and dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
