Since the trial has already commenced and the suit is of the year 2015, no useful purpose will be served if O.A.No.698 of 2015 and A.No.4492 of 2015 which have been filed in the year 2015 itself are allowed to be kept pending as no interim order is granted by this Court in those applications.

2.Accordingly, O.A.No.698 of 2015 and A.No.4492 of 2015 are closed.

However, the contentions raised in the said applications by the respective parties can be agitated during the trial or during the time of the arguments in the main suit.
