This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 249 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order passed in Old Spl.SC.No.143 of 2018 in New Spl.S.C.176 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Salem, by judgment dated 10.08.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 249 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. The petition is ordered.
