ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the respondent police for an offence under Sections 379, 430 IPC r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Cr.No.1023 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is involved in illegal transportation of 1⁄2 unit of river sand in a tipper lorry. Hence this complaint.
3. It is seen from records that this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second bail petition . Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
