Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.L.D.SHANMUGASUNDARAM Special Government Pleader for 1 to 3rd Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner has complied with the conditional Order passed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that he will pay further Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Government Pleader would insist upon the payment of the entire loan amount as undertaken by the petitioner in the earlier Order.
4. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to pay a further sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) to the third respondent within a period of three weeks from today.
5. In the light of the above Order, this miscellaneous petition is closed on the above terms.
