3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation in the case has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Thiruvannamalai.

5. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thiruvannamalai, is directed to act upon the final report within a period of four (4) weeks.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
