J U D G M E N T

When the Appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the claimant / respondent herein has filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.1916 of 2008 as against the very same judgment dated 17.08.2007 passed by the Tribunal in MCOP.No.337 of 2000 before this Court and the same came to be dismissed by way of Judgment dated 20.08.2018, confirming the award passed by the Tribunal.

2.In the light of the above, no further order is necessary in this Appeal, since the challenge made herein had already been decided by this Court. Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
