ORDER

(Judgement of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The order of the Division Bench dated 03.03.2000 in Writ Appeal No.86 of 1998 is sought to be reviewed in the present application.

2. We have gone through the order passed by this Court wherein the issues raised between the parties are elaborately adjudicated and the writ appeal filed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board was dismissed. 2/4

3. The petitioner has not established any error apparent on record so as to entertain the Review Application. More so, 23 years lapsed from the date of passing of the order. Thus, we are not inclined to entertain the Review Application and consequently, the same stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
