This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed as against the award and decree dated 11.06.2007 in M.C.O.P.No.240 of 2006 (286 of 2004 - Sub Court) on the file of MACT (ADJ - FTC III) Dharapuram.

3. It is seen from the records already this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been settled before the Lok Adalat by the award dated 12.11.2016 itself. Accordingly, the claimants have aggrieved for an award of Rs.3,88,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Eighty Eight Thousand only) with interest at the rate of 7.5% p.a from the date of petition till the date of realization.
