This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.881 of 2020, on the file of 3rd respondent police to CBCID police to investigate and file a final report expeditiously. 2.The petitioner had already approached this Court and filed Crl.OP.No.15930 of 2020, seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.881/2020. This Court passed an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
order on 08.10.2020, directing the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nagapattinam, to transfer the investigation conducted by the 3rd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of the orders passed by this Court, there is absolutely no progress in the investigation and therefore, the present petition has been filed before this Court. 3.The order passed by this Court has been dispatched only in the month of December 2020 and the petitioner without giving sometime to the respondent police, has again rushed back to this Court seeking for transfer of investigation. The petitioner has to give sometime to the respondents to act upon the earlier order passed by this Court. This petition is premature and the petitioner has to wait for sometime and if there is no progress in the investigation, he can always renew this petition at a later point of time.
4.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
