ORDER
The case of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has filed this writ petition for settling the terminal benefits such as Pension, P.F., Gratuity and Salary due and payable to him, however, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has passed away. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that subsequent to the demise of the petitioner, the petitioner's wife filed another writ petition in W.P.No.8544 of 2018 for the very same relief and this Court, by order dated 11.04.2018, issued a direction to settle the terminal benefits and pursuant to the said order, the entire 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
terminal benefits have been settled in favour of the petitioner's wife.
2.In the above circumstances, recording the said submission that the relief sought for has been granted to the petitioner's wife, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly this writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
