The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the patta issued to respondents 4 to 6 in S.No.816 of Engur Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District.

2.As the petitioner should have challenged the matter before the Revenue Authorities, he cannot come to this Court by way of filing the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and therefore, the prayer in the writ petition is wholly not maintainable.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
