Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the proceedings of the second respondent submitted in Na.Ka.No.369/A1/2016 dated 09.11.2018 with regard to implementation of the orders passed in W.P.No.2449/2015 dated 16.03.2015 taking into consideration the implementation of the orders passed in W.P.No.7835/2008 filed by a similarly placed teacher Mr.R. Velu, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

Mrs. V. Annalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instruction submitted that the Block Educational Officer, Vennandur by his proceedings dated 26.02.2019 has rejected the claim made by the petitioner claiming for Incentive Increments for possessing B.Sc., and B.Ed., qualification. In view of this order passed by Block Educational Officer, the relief sought for in this present writ petition cannot be considered by this Court and the petitioner has to necessarily challenge the proceedings of the second respondent dated 26.02.2019 and work out his remedy.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
