This petition has been filed by petitioner/father of detenu viz. C.Shivashankar, aged 34 years, to cause production of his son, before this Court.

2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3 and learned counsel for fourth respondent.

3.Recording the statement made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3 that upon investigation of the complaint registered at the instance of the petitioner, referred charge sheet has been filed and notice has been served on the petitioner, this Court has chosen to close this petition. In view of the same, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
