ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed complaining of willful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court on 10.04.2024 in W.P.No. 9722 of 2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Aswin, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order has since been complied with.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that an order has been passed, but the same is again erroneous.

4. Be that as it may, it will be open for the petitioner to agitate the same in the manner known to law. However, recording the compliance of the order that is passed in the writ petition, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
