O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has given several complaints against his neighbours, which were all enquired by the respondent police and closed as false in nature. On reading of the complaint dated 23.04.2016, it does not inspire the confidence of this Court to issue directions as prayed for by the petitioner.

4. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint. However, if there is any threat for the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
