ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that the petitioner was assaulted and he sustained serious injuries. The petitioner has not enclosed the wound certificate issued by the Government Hospital, Tiruppatur. But the petitioner has sent the complaint by post to the Superintendent of Police. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint along with the medical certificate to the 3rd respondent police and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
