The matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the appellant in C.M.A.No.3897 of 2008. The learned Senior Counsel for the appellant requested this Court to clarify that the four weeks time granted to the appellant/Trust to pay the balance amount along with interest, shall be only from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and not from the date of the order itself i.e., 28.6.2019.

2. Agreeing to the said request, as the order dated 28.6.2019 has been received by the appellant/Trust from the Registry on 19.9.2019, it is made clear that the appellant/Trust is entitled to pay the balance amount along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum within four weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
