ORDER

(made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to bring the body of the petitioner's daughter viz., Anitha, D/o Lucas, who is in the illegal custody of the 4th respondent, before this Court and set her at liberty, forthwith.

With the consent of the parties, on 23rd June 2015, a Division Bench of this Court, referred this matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Today, it is reported that the dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 23rd July 2015. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 23rd July 2015, annexed herewith as a part of this order. Xerox Copy of Mediation Agreement is Enclosed herewith.
