ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The petition is filed by the father of the detenue seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his minor daughter, who is a student of Vellore Law College.
2. It is stated that due to family circumstances, the detenue was staying in the relatives house. However, she was found missing on and from 4.5.18. On enquiries, the petitioner came to know that the victim girl was abducted by one Ranjith with the assistance of Radha and Rajamanickkam. So stating, a complaint was lodged before the Palacode Police Station and a case has been registered in Crime No.91/2018 under Section 366 IPC.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that the victim girl has been secured and produced before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate and the victim girl has stated that she was not abducted by anybody and she went on her own vilition. The detenue has further stated before the Magistrate that she is a major. Considering the above facts and also the fact that the detenue is a major, she has been set at liberty as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, dated 27.6.2018.
3. This Court perused the papers and considering all the above, nothing survives for further adjudication and, accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(Audit) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar GLN To
