JUDGEMENT When the matter came up for hearing on 12.07.2022 and 08.09.2022 the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant passed away and he sought time for filing necessary petition to bring the legal heirs of the appellant. However, till date, he has not taken any steps to bring the legal heirs on record and today, i.e 12.10.2022, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the present Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
