ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.02.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that 40 persons has been given a complaint against the opposite party alleging that they were cheated by them and petition enquiry is also pending in C.S.R.No.95 of 2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.95/2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
