ORDER

It is stated that the prayer sought for, in this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for withdrawal of the writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, as and when a cause of action arise to do so, in future. 2. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as stated supra. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
