[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] The issue in this writ petition pertains to alleged unauthorized permission and construction of super structure which falls within 'No Development Zone' as per Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ), Notification, 2011 declared by Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India. 2.Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions would submit that the alleged super structure is no manner in existence as on date.
