This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Mr.T.Gopinath, learned counsel takes notice for R1 & R2 and he has no objection to this Petition.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 62 days is condoned.

4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
