ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31651 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 that on executing separate bond each for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Anu sureties (out of which, one of the sureties should be either the father or mother of the petitioner), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting bail had directed the petitioner to furnish two sureties and that out of which one surety was directed to be either the father or mother of the petitioner. He would submit that the petitioner's parents are no more and thereby, he has filed this petition seeking for modification of the condition.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31651 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem. All other conditions remains intact/unlatered.
