ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. It appears that the petitioner and the opposite parties are brothers and there seems to be a dispute with regard to the ancestral property. It is alleged by the petitioner that the opposite party had abused them.
4. Considering the nature of the allegation in the complaint, no positive direction could be given to the respondent to register a case.
