Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, Calling for records of the 1st respondent pertaining to his order which is made in O.Mu.8265/2012/Vu the 1 dated 10.12.2012 and quash the same, consequent to direct the respondents to supply the copy of CD/DVD recorded during counting of Votes to the post of president, Kilkachirapattu, Tiruvannamalai Taluk to enable the petitioner to take further action. 2. The present writ petition is filed challenging the procedure adopted by the Election Commissioner in the pendency of election conducted for the local body during the year 2011. Thereafter, the Government passed an ordinance appointing special officers and all the elected persons were relieved from the post of President etc.

3. In view of the fact that the causes aroused for filing of the writ petition became vanished. No further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the merits raised in the present writ petition.
