Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition The Petitioner report before the Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station on everyday at 10.30 A.M until further orders imposed in Crl.Op.No.24709 of 2021 dated 16.12.2021 and pass such orders as this Hon`ble Court deems fit and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.RANJITHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24709 of 2021 dated 16.12.2021.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
