2.When this matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) by producing a copy of the Detention Order in BCDFGISSV No.147 of 2022 dated 04.11.2022 would submit that this petitioner had been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
