ORDER

In S.A.No.1240 of 2000, the respondents 3 to 6 have died. In S.A.No.1360 of 2000, the respondents 4 to 7 have died. The information regarding this death was informed to this Court even in the year 2001, steps have not been taken by the appellants. It is clear that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting both the appeals. These Second Appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs.
