CRIME NO.25/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition on the petitioners on 19.11.2021, made in Crl.MP.No.11820/2021, in Crl.OP.No.2694/2021, dated 17.06.2021 in District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram in Crime No. 25/2020, Viz.. "the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e. on First Saturday every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other order as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and property in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.RAGAVENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.11820 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2694 of 2021 on 19.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered. -sd/- 02/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
