Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.24308/2021 order dated 14.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THENRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24308 of 2021 on 14.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.
