ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that civil suit is pending between the parties in respect of the cultivation of a land. During the pendency of the civil suit, no positive direction could be given to the respondent to register a case. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
