3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by one Govindan against these petitioners, petition enquiry is pending in Crime No.157 of 2015 before the 3rd respondent-police.

4. When once a regular case is registered, petition for not to harass is not maintainable and this petition stands dismissed.
