ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025 and consequently to release the amount already recovered from the petitioner's salary in the light of the orders made by this Court in WP Nos.20042 of 2024, 23676 of 2025, 29712 of 2025, 41358, 41360 and 41363 of 2025, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was working as an Assistant Quality Inspector in the respondent Corporation and the respondent had passed several recovery orders alleging illegal acts on the petitioner, without following the procedures contemplated under the TNCSC Service Regulations as well the circular dated 04.04.1989 and had recovered substantial amounts from the petitioner's salary. He further submitted that as against the said illegal recovery orders, the petitioner filed multiple petitions and this Court had quashed those recovery orders and granted liberty to proceed

further in accordance with law, however, no final punishment has been imposed on the petitioner and hence, the petitioner made a detailed representation dated 08.12.2025 to refund the recovered amount by the respondent, however there was inaction on the part of the respondent and hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
