ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondent/husband submits that he has already filed a memo on 06.04.2024 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act in HMOP.No.1462 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court at Madurai.

2. Since the husband has already sought permission to withdraw the HMOP, I am not inclined to transfer this HMOP.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement of Mr.A.Selvam, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. In case the respondent/husband proceeds with the HMOP, then the petitioner is permitted to approach this Court again. 26.04.2024 nl Index : yes / no : yes / no Speaking / Non Speaking Order
