JUDGMENT

This civil miscellaneous appeal is directed against the impugned decretal order dated 5.9.2008 passed in G.W.O.P.No.22 of 2008 by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, appointing Mrs.A.Chitrakala as the natural guardian of the minor child.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 7.6.2019, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Again today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2008 is also dismissed.
