ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J) This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Ms.Yamuna and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 Mr.K.Raja Shrinivas would state that based on the representation of the petitioner, an action has been taken against the fifth respondent.

3.In the light of the above submission, we are of the opinion that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
