PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent for the assessment year 2011-12 and quash the order dated 28.12.2011 passed therein insofar as it directs deduction of Tax at Source under the provisions of Sec.194C of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in respect of the contract of supply eggs under the Puratchi Thalaivar MGR Nutritious Meal Programme and further direct refund of the sum of Rs.14,90,603/- deducted by the 3rd respondent.
