No 64, Labour and empl6oyment (M1) department dated 30-12-2015 on the file of the 1st respondent to placing the petitioner under suspension with effect from 22-12-2015 and quash the same consequentially direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner at liberty to post him in a non-sensitive post within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and pass further orders as this Hon'ble Court (in WP.No.743/2019) Order: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on the Fifteenth day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 18/12/2019 and letter dated 21/10/2021 vide D.No.3550/2021 from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, Vellore District, this Court made the following order: On 18.12.
2019, this Court has allowed this Writ Petition directing the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Special Judge, Vellore to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.4 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. It is seen from the note put up by the Registry that on two occasions, extension of time was granted to comply with order dated 18.12.2019.
3. Yet again, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore has sought an extension to comply with the aforesaid order.
4. Satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, extension of six months time is granted.
5. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. The aforesaid order shall be complied with, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
