Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the above Writ Petition may be closed and the respondent may be directed to consider the anomalies raised in the grounds of the Writ Petition in the future, while calling for fresh tenders.

2.Mr.S.T.S.Moorthy, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the request of the petitioner can be considered by the respondent in future tenders. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent shall consider the anomalies pointed out by the petitioner in the grounds of the Writ Petition in future tenders. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
