CRIME NO.56 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 23716/2021 dated 08.12.2021 in Cr.No. 56 of 2021 that the petitioner "(b) the petitioner shall report the respondent every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30a.m until further orders".

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.KUMANARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of VMR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23716 of 2021 on 08.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
