1. Mr.Pradeep Kumar, who appears for the applicant, says that pursuant to the order dated 08.03.2016, the learned Advocate Commissioner has seized the subject vehicle. Learned counsel further informs me that a sole arbitrator has been appointed to adjudicate upon the disputes pending between the parties.
2. To be noted, the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed his report as well as a memo seeking additional remuneration.
3. The record shows that this Court vide order dated 08.03.2016, fixed the remuneration at Rs.20,000/- qua execution of the commission. Since, the commission was executed in Maharastra, I am inclined to grant additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner.
4. Accordingly, the captioned application is disposed of with a direction to the applicant to pay additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/-, as indicated above, to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Needless to say that the learned Arbitrator appointed in this matter will proceed further in the matter pending before him upon issuing notice to the respondent to join the proceedings, if not already do so. The respondent will be at liberty to move an appropriate application, albeit, in accordance with law, for return of the subject vehicle.
