The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 344 days in filing the appeal .
2. The counsel appearing for the second respondent has got no serious objection in allowing the petition.
3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
In the event of the compensation amount is being enhanced, the appellant is not entitled for interest for the default period.
4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and print the name of Mrs. Rathna Thara, for second respondent and post the matter on 22.12.2020 for admission.
