ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.42228 of 2016, by order dated 01.12.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ orders, on merits and in accordance with law and also in

the light of the Judgment made in W.A.Nos.259 & 612 of 2016, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 01.12.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 07.05.2018 issued by the 1st respondent, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
