Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to order to complete the proceedings and grant delivery filed on 22.03.2017 in E.P.No.13 of 2017 in RCOP.No.99 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller at Alandur. O R D E R

It is seen that this Court in CRP.No.1439 of 2018, had earlier directed the Execution Court to dispose of E.P.No.13 of 2017 on or before 29.06.2018.

2. The petitioner herein had produced the adjudication orders commencing from 15.06.2017 and the Execution Court has been very

generously granting time and adjourning the matter on so many occasions till date, inspite of the earlier direction of this Court to complete the proceedings within stipulated time.

3. Though this Court is disappointed by the way in which the Execution Court has been prolonging the proceedings without adhering to the directions given, as a last opportunity, the learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller at Alandur is directed to dispose of E.P.No.13 of 2017 in RCOP.No.99 of 2013, on or before 25.02.2019 and report the status of the execution proceedings to this Court.

4. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
