2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.68 of 2016 and the same has been closed by the second respondent-police. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
