Pursuant to the petition filed on the 8th day of January 2021 by the said Nagarathinam Dhanalakshmi, and upon reading the petition filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Ananda Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner/Debtor and the Official Assignee of this court herein and IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

That the said Nagarathinam Dhanalakshmi having office at 8th Floor, Block No.31, Samson Tower, Pantheon Road and casa major road, Egmore

village Chennai - 600 008 and residing at 17/19, Nermai Nagar, 1st Street, Kolathur, Chennai - 600 099 be and is hereby adjudged as insolvent that all the estate of the said insolvent do vest in the Official Assignee of this court and that the estate of the said insolvent be administered in a regular manner.

(2) That the said insolvent do appear before the Official Assignee whenever required and extend due co-operation in the insolvency proceedings.

(3) That the said insolvent do, file into this court a schedule of her affairs within 30 days from this date together with a copy thereof and,

(4) That the said insolvent do apply for her discharge within eighteen months from this date.
